Please read these terms and conditions ("terms and conditions", "terms") carefully before using the "kop soz" application ("app", "service") operated by "kop soz" ("us", 'we", "our").

Conditions of use

By using this website, you certify that you have read and reviewed this Agreement and that you agree to comply with its terms. If you do not want to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, you are advised to leave the website accordingly. "kop soz" only grants use and access of this website, its products, and its services to those who have accepted its terms.

Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or "kop soz" cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting "kop soz" customer support team.

A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide "kop soz" with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize "kop soz" to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.

Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, "kop soz" will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.

Fee Changes

"kop soz", in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.

"kop soz" will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.

Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

Refunds

Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.

Age restriction

You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age before you can use this app. By using this app, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and you may legally adhere to this Agreement. "kop soz" assumes no responsibility for liabilities related to age misrepresentation.

You agree that all materials, products, and services provided on this app are the property of "kop soz", its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors including all copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property. You also agree that you will not reproduce or redistribute the "kop soz"'s intellectual property in any way, including electronic, digital, or new trademark registrations.

You grant "kop soz" a royalty-free and non-exclusive license to display, use, copy, transmit, and broadcast the content you upload and publish. For issues regarding intellectual property claims, you should contact the company in order to come to an agreement.

User accounts

As a user of this website, you may be asked to register with us and provide private information. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this information, and you are responsible for maintaining the safety and security of your identifying information. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password.

If you think there are any possible issues regarding the security of your account on the website, inform us immediately so we may address it accordingly.

Terms and conditions

We reserve all rights to terminate accounts, edit or remove content and cancel orders at their sole discretion.

Disputes

Limitation on liability

"kop soz" is not liable for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your misuse of our website.

"kop soz" reserves the right to edit, modify, and change this Agreement any time. We shall let our users know of these changes through electronic mail. This Agreement is an understanding between "kop soz" and the user, and this supersedes and replaces all prior agreements regarding the use of this website.
